When you call our customer service line, you’ll often find yourself speaking with Joan Griffin, our own in-house show services guru. She’s been with us for 15 years, and still loves doing her best when she delivers trade show services for customers every day.

As our Operations Manager, Joan handles customer service, plus invoicing, AP/AR, and manages our online asset management program, ShowRunner™. Joan is a key part of the organization and her job goes well beyond the traditional ops role. She loves to share her expert knowledge of trade show services, including logistics and show kit completion, to ensure your exhibit is just right, and right on time.

Joan does a wide range of trade show services tasks designed to make your job easier, from providing show estimates to scheduling shipments at the most economical rates, and sourcing components for your show needs. Joan is always watching show deadlines to help you take advantage of available discounts. She also manages our internal production and shipping schedules to make sure we’re all in sync, such as working with the warehouse to facilitate inspections and keep shipments on target, and coordinating the timing of each exhibit element to keep your display on schedule.
